Cross-training is an established trend in sports training for improved performance and injury prevention, and ballet is no exception. The Conservatory provides stretch and conditioning classes aimed at engaging the proper ballet muscles to build strength, agility and flexibility. Some of the benefits for dancers include greater extension, improved stability, stronger core, greater stamina, stronger feet, and overall injury prevention. Classes are taught by the Conservatory's faculty and 3 class options currently are available. Class days & times are listed below.
