Cross-training is an established trend in sports training for improved performance and injury prevention, and ballet is no exception. The Conservatory provides stretch and conditioning classes aimed at building strength and enabling greater flexibility. Some of the benefits for dancers include greater extension, improved stability, stronger core, greater agility, stronger feet, and overall injury prevention. Classes are taught by the Conservatory's full time faculty and are open to full time students, part time students and drop in students. Class options & times are listed below.
